Product was great. My wife didn't want an extra food bill for our dog. Tried to explain it was a healthier choice. Unfortunately she didn't care. So that was the reason for cancellation.

We LOVE the food. Our dogs LOVE the food. We order bags monthly, but the last 3 months, you have been out and we've waited 2-3 for shipping. We all know we don't change our pups diet, and this is stressful to both owner and pup. In talking with customer service, they make it sounds like this happens once every couple of months which doesn't seem to be the case. Why do you run out?

I'm amazed. I don't know any other way to put it.
Our 140 lb. Rottweiler, Razr, is eating Dr. Marty's ingenious formula in Canine Health as though he has never had a meal! A carnivore (whose teeth reveal he was obviously designed to eat meat) is eating whole-grains, vegetables and herbs as though it is the tastiest food he's ever had!
I watch him when he eats Canine Health base mix, (with my choice of the protein source), lick his bowl and SCOOT IT ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE KITCHEN FLOOR. I have NEVER seen him do this!
It's always been my belief that a dog should have in his diet high levels of protein, but apparently that's not always the case. Razr's last blood test indicated that his kidneys were stressed so it was necessary for me to change the amount of protein he gets each day. I was relieved to discover that it was possible with Dr. Harvey's base mix, Canine Health. I can be in complete control by adding a protein source of beef, chicken, eggs etc. right from my own kitchen!
I am fully confident that Razr's next checkup will surprise our vet. I dug my heals in and refused to feed Razr any of the prescription dog foods that were suggested. The ingredients in all of them were completely unacceptable and I could go on and on about why.
I'll just end with this...
The creativity, expertise and research behind Dr. Harvey's foods are very impressive, customer service? well, it's just not like any other.
I wish I had known about Dr. Harvey's foods years ago. Through the years of having canine pets, I would have enjoyed watching them lick their bowls, and scoot them all the way across the kitchen floor.

I watch my neighbors walk their beloved pets and some of the dogs are struggling a bit. Some folks tell me they walk their dogs to loosen up their stiff, sore joints. I was guilty of that with past pets. Now I daily give my 8 year old spitz mix Dr. Marty's Free and Active every day and have for years, and she is spry as a puppy; and I am so very grateful she feels good.

I've been feeding my 2 Miniature Schnauzers Dr. Marty Nature's Blend food for about 6 months and I Love everything about it; very healthy ingredients, the way it it prepared and packaged, the results I've seen in my dog's active levels and their silky shiny hair along with a 2/3 reduction in how much poo poo I pick up from the yard!!! :) The dogs are now letting me know when it's time for their feeedings (Breakfast and dinner) . It is very easy to prepare by adding a little warm water wait 2 min then mash w/ potato masher OR dry right from the easy zip lock bag, either way my two LOVE this food!
The reason for 4 stars was in the auto ship using PayPal, for some reason my order was canceled a couple of times without any way of knowing that that had happened. Customer service was very friendly and helpful in solving those issues.
You might think that the food is costly but after I've experienced all of the benefits it's done for my dog's health inside and outside along with what isn't coming out it's worth every penny! A Must try!!! *****

It was a great product, the dogs love it. I got the monthly subscription. At the beginning I would always get restocked around the time I would run out. Now I keep getting emails after they bill me saying how my order will be late in arriving. This has gone on now for 4-5 months. It’s now always 2-3 weeks late. I am not offered a discount on my subscription. I am about ready to cancel the subscription.

My 2 kitties run hot and cold on Natures Feast. There was one particular lot # that they wouldn’t touch. You kindly replaced those bags. They are currently eating the new bags pretty well, but only dry. I really want them to love this. It’s such great ingredients and the perfect process to make it.

The cats do not love the food. It is healthy but they don’t love the taste. They won’t eat it rehydrated so I only serve dry. I am happy with the ingredients but wish it were tastier.

My beagle still eats grass and horse poop at the barn. Otherwise she is healthy. Not sure if it helps or not. Please comment on this for me to continue or not.

My cats absolutely won't touch nature's feast wet or dry. I am truly astounded. They are originally outdoor barn cats who are now 100 percent indoor cats. They love freeze-dried chicken and whitefish. Service was fine. Go figure.
